TowHawk Recovery & Transport provides vehicle recovery and transport across Mansfield and Nottinghamshire. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, call or WhatsApp 07400 505338.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or Facebook, we collect the details you give us to quote for and carry out the job. This usually means your name, phone number, collection and delivery addresses, and your vehicle's make, model and registration.
We never sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
This website does not use cookies or tracking. The quote form does not store anything on our website. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and what you send is covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address.
We only share your details where it's needed for the job, for example with a garage, bodyshop or insurer you ask us to deliver to, or where the law requires it.
We keep job records for as long as we need them for the job and for our accounts, which is usually up to six years for tax purposes.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or WhatsApp 07400 505338. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
